Refund & Return Policy

We take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and as described.

Damaged or Faulty Plants
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a refund or replacement (if available).

Not as Described
If the plant you receive does not match the product description, we will replace or refund the item once returned in its original packaging.

Change of Mind
As plants are perishable living products, returns for change of mind are accepted within 3 days of delivery only.
Please note:

  • A small admin fee applies.

  • Return postage is paid by the buyer.

  • The original delivery charge is non-refundable.

  • Plants must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
